THE LESSONS OF ACTIVE AGING WEEK

This month, Growing Bolder partnered with Humana to celebrate Active Aging Week, a powerful reminder to all of us, no matter how young or old, that it’s never too soon or too late to dramatically improve the quality of our life in the years and decades ahead. If there’s one key lesson on active aging we hope you remember, it’s this: if you want to keep moving, you have to keep moving.

See how these people are pursuing their passions, socializing with others, giving back and tapping into creative engagement to get and stay active in all areas of their lives. Let their examples inspire you on your journey ahead.

In our weeklong series, we’ve highlighted several important keys to Active Aging. Click here to watch them all.

But that's exactly where a group of inspiring, dedicated folks have found themselves -- punching away Parkinson's in a Rock Steady Boxing Class. We stopped by this extraordinary class at the Crosby Wellness Center, inside the Center for Health & Wellbeing, and saw first-hand how life-changing the power of movement can be.
