JOIN THE REVOLUTION

Two years ago, a video of a then 86-year-old gymnast stunned the world, generating millions and millions of pageviews. The woman in the video is German gymnast Johanna Quaas. She didn't even take up the sport until she was 30, and at the age of 88, she's still going strong. Whether she's performing a floor routine or showcasing her strength and grace on the parallel bars, Johanna is a role model for us about the possibilities of aging when you live a healthy and active life.

We share stories like Johanna's every day on our Growing Bolder Facebook page. Piece by piece, we're chipping away at the old stereotypes of aging. We hope you'll join us in this revolution.
