Growing Bolder

Actor, comedian and medical doctor Ken Jeong made headlines this week when he stopped his stand-up set to jump off the stage and provide medical assistance to an audience member having a seizure (read more here).

It's just the latest example of Dr. Ken combining his two passions -- medicine and comedy. He always wanted to be a comedian, but he focused on his studies and it paid off. Despite becoming a successful physician, his dreams never died. So, he decided to go for it, and that paid off, too, in a big way! He recently talked to Growing Bolder about his unlikely career in comedy and offered a pep talk for others who may be afraid to go for their dreams -- no matter how unlikely those dreams may seem. Way to go, Dr. Ken!
