THIS IS A FREE EVENT : 9.30 - 11 am


Over 250 organisations including flagship employers such as Tata, Lloyds Bank, Marks and Spencer, Arriva Trains Wales, and DwrCymru as well as a number of small to medium enterprises and local authorities have signed the Welsh Government's Sustainable Development Charter.

The Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Bill will further increase the need for businesses in Wales to improve their environmental and social credentials if they wish to benefit from public sector contracts.

Join us for a practical morning seminar to raise awareness of Sustainable Development, attendees will have the opportunity to:
  • Understand the concept of sustainability
  • Review and assess their organisation’s activities
  • Identify links between sustainable development and sustainable business practices
  • Analyse their organisation’s activities in the context of public policy in Wales
  • Identify improvement areas for their organisation.
