Jekka's Master Classes

We are delighted to announce that our Spring 2020 Master Classes are now available online. Whether you prefer to Sow it. Grow it. or Eat it. we have a Master Class to inspire you. Click on the links below to find out more.

Participants on a Master Class will spend the day at Jekka’s and experience our unique setting and the passion we have for herbs. Our master classes are limited to 12 people to ensure everyone gets the most out of the day. You can find more information about the Master Classes here.
Festive Cooking with Herbs: Saturday 9th November

We have a few spaces available on our last Autumn Master Class, Festive Cooking with Herbs.  As we get closer to Christmas this Master Class will explore the role of herbs in food with a festive focus on plant-based and vegan cuisine to add that little bit extra to your Christmas.

Saturday 21st March:
Introduction to Botanical Screenprinting


Discover how to produce colourful and vibrant screenprints. You will be guided through the preparation of how to design and create stencils for a multi-layered botanically inspired print, plus tricks on how to use layers to create shape and form.

Saturday 28th March:
Jekka's Garden Design


During this popular Master Class Jekka will be sharing her tips on planting combinations, preparation of soil, practical design ideas and plant maintenance techniques plus guiding you through your ideas and designs for your own garden.

Saturday 18th April:
NEW for 2020: Sow It. Grow It. Eat It. (for adult and child)


Our new adult and child Master Class aims to inspire you both to garden and cook with herbs. It combines our popular 'How to Grow Herbs' with 'Herb-based Cooking' so participants leave with confidence in starting and using a little herb patch.

Saturday 25th April:
How to Grow Herbs


Nothing is more inspiring than taking a cutting or sowing seeds and watching them grow into a productive plant. At the end of this day you will be able to take your cuttings and sowings home with you so you can watch their transformation.
