Friend,

The Ontario Government is reviewing labour laws in the province. This is a critical moment to ensure that all workers in Ontario, including migrant workers, get the rights and protections we deserve.

You and I know that our neighbours, friends and family in the Temporary Foreign Workers, Seasonal Agricultural Workers and Caregivers Programs have fewer rights, live in greater fear and have to pay to work. Now we need to raise our voice and make sure that our allies and friends, as well as our MPPs and the Ontario government knows it too.

To support you in this process, we have created a simple two page flyer that you can distribute at events, get in to the hands of labour allies, and place prominently at your office. You can even take it to your next MPP meeting. Download it directly by clicking here, or get in touch with me, and I will mail them to you.

Starting June 16th, Special Advisors retained by the Ontario government, will be travelling to a few cities across the province. If you are close to one of these communities*, get in touch. We can work with you to make sure that your voice is heard in these meetings.

Together we can get fairness, full protections, and work without fees for migrant workers.

Call me if you have questions. My number is 1-855-567-4722
