Good day to everyone.
I would like to start by saying that the newsletter you received earlier today was written last week and programmed to be sent out this morning … days before the attacks and massacre occurred in Paris, France.
And, as much as I believe that we should not wallow in misery on a regular basis, there is a time for grieving and processing tragedy and loss. However, afterwards, I believe it's important to make conscious efforts to restore ourselves, to focus on the good, the loving, the joyous aspects of our lives … no matter how small. Often, it’s the little things that can lift our spirits.
And, yes, we need to find gratitude within ourselves, for what we do have. In my particular case, I have a deep gratitude for the world’s support of my native country, as well as the loving presence of my family and friends. Thank you!
If you would like to talk, I am here for you.
