World Mind Matters Day

EPA supports WPA initiative

On 4 September the WPA launched the World Mind Matters Day initiative, including a position paper on Social justice for persons with mental illness (mental disability), for which EPA gave its support.

The goal of this global initiative, in alignment with the mission of the WPA, is to raise awareness of eight FAIR DEAL priorities through key project delivery, involving global psychiatrists, patients, family doctors, carers and policy makers.

Visit the EPA website to learn about the initiative, its priorities and the position paper.
