  • Work Day- There is another opportunity for us to serve at the PCA's MNA Rome, Georgia center for disaster preparedness on Saturday, March 17. If you are interested in participating in the work day, either from 9-12 or 9-3, please contact Troy at 404-915-6231 or or Chuck at 706-851-5089 or for more information.
  • Papa's Pantry-Top ten food needs this month:

  • Missions opportunity-We are starting a new ministry to the international students at Reinhardt University. They need transportation to get to and from church from the campus. Also, there is an opportunity to have them visit with us in our homes and build relationships with them so we can share the love of Christ. If interested in either of these opportunities with the internationals, please contact Kelly Hoffman at 770-315-6390 or

Hill Toppers- next meeting will be this Saturday, March 10th at 5pm at CPC. Bring your favorite dish as we share a pot luck dinner together. Our speaker will be our own Darly Lipham who will be sharing the history of Cherokee Presbyterian. Please make plans to join us, you don't want to miss it!
Meet our new Pastoral Intern!

James is a lifelong Georgian hailing from Jackson County. He started college at Gainesville State College (2012) where he met his wife, Anna (Married May 2014), and finished his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia (2014) where he studied Poultry Science. He spent two years as an intern with RUF-International at Texas A&M where he ministered to international students. He further served RUF at KSU part-time for two years. He is currently enrolled at Reformed Theological Seminary Atlanta where he is studying for a Masters of Divinity degree.

James enjoys conversations over coffee or lunch. When he is not drinking coffee he enjoys, baseball, hiking, reading and discussing theology, watching anime, and playing video games with his brothers and friends. James and Anna love having people in their home for dinner and enjoy trying new foods.
