Tibetan singing bowls,
Reiki healing drum,
Gong &  percussion instruments,  
to resonate through your body & 
deeply relax you, while you subtly enter 
into a dream-like state

as.Irene takes  you on a journey of sound
 .
⭐ Please bring a yoga mat,
cushion & water bottle 

⭐ We will start promptly at
6 pm & doors will be closed
as a guided meditation
will begin then

⭐ Please arrive a minimum 10  mins earlier to find your place on the floor. 
It will be 45 mins of sound with 5 min at the end to come around and 5 mins to ground.
