As the weather cools down, the leaves get crispier and fall creeps in, we continue to strive to send smiles and love all around the world. As we enjoy the cooling weather, unique handmade cards are being made and delivered to patients in hospitals, rehabs, schools, and many other locations, bringing warmth and love.

Question: Have you received my cards yet?
Answer: Yes we have. A good rule of thumb is, if you don't receive a package returned notice from USPS or your preferred shipping partner, then we have received your cards. Our team typically confirms receipt AFTER your cards have been proofed and counted.
Our Current Process:
- Step 1: Packages are sanitized and sorted by package delivery date. There's a minimum of two weeks before cards are processed.
- Step 2: Volunteers count, sort, photograph, and package the cards for delivery.
- Please note, due to COVID-19 CDC restrictions, increased precautionary practices, and a volunteer shortage, our processing and package acknowledgment times have increased.
- Step 3: Social posts are created and uploaded providing confirmation that your cards have been received.
- Step 4: Packaged cards are then shipped to their final destinations.

We are moving to a brand new acknowledgment system that will automatically send emails confirming that packages have been received, once the cards have been proofed and counted. Please be sure to include your email address in your packages.

Our challenge is very clear: to manage and grow the volume of cards and electronic systems we send around the world. We need our friends to help us with financial support. Based on the surge of cards we receive each month, we project that we need to raise $100,000 this year.
Achieving our financial goals will support:
- The cost of donating Portable Gaming Systems/iPads to hospitals, foster homes, and Ronald McDonald Houses across the globe
- Shipments of at least 100,000 cards this year
- Improvements to our website, newsletters, and social media outreach to card makers, donors, and volunteers
