Summer greetings from your friends at Cardz for Kidz!

A 60’s classic song, "What the World Needs Now," is an awesome expression of our mission, to bring love, healing, smiles, and encouragement to people of all ages around the world. Unique, handmade cards delivered to patients in hospitals, rehabs, schools, and many other locations, bring immeasurable help to patients and their families during difficult times.

Announcing our 2nd Annual International Cardz for Kidz Day! If you have been to one of our virtual events in the past, you know how much fun this will be. If you haven't...well you're in for a treat!

Activities include:

Cardmaking
50/50 Raffle to raise money to support our mission of bringing smiles to kids, seniors, and veterans in need
Story sharing from card recipients and our extraordinary volunteers

Our goal is to have at least 85 supporters sign up for a $5 minimum monthly contribution on 8/5. The first $1500 raised from individual supporters will be MATCHED by two generous donors. So, this is a very special once-a-year opportunity to show your support and double the financial impact of your contribution. RSVP Here

2021 DONATION TRACKER: $100,000 GOAL

Our challenge is very clear: to manage and grow the volume of cards and electronic systems we send around the world. We need our friends to help us with financial support. Based on the surge of cards we receive each month, we project that we need to raise $100,000 this year.

Achieving our financial goals will support:

The cost of donating Portable Gaming Systems/iPads to hospitals, foster homes, and Ronald McDonald Houses across the globe
Shipments of at least 100,000 cards this year
Improvements to our website, newsletters, and social media outreach to card makers, donors, and volunteers

UPDATES FROM THE BOARD

The latest board meeting focused on the recent and future growth of Cardz for Kidz.

Recent Growth: We are blown away by the continued support you have provided us on our journey. To put things in perspective, in 2011 we received 115 total cards. That figure jumped to 1,752 total cards in 2012. Yet those numbers are nothing compared to the support received in 2020 - over 120,000 cards!!

Future Growth: With the tremendous explosion in the total number of cards received over the past year, we have 3 main focus points.

Recruit more volunteers to help process cards behind the scenes
Find new card delivery locations
Increase donations to help cover increased postage and shipping costs
