Tests run about 90 minutes long.   Every student has basics, a kata, and pre-choreographed sparring or free sparring to demonstrate.  How to prepare?
  1. In class, concentrate, give 100% to holding stances, concentrate on kata detials, and do spend time talking (talking back, talking to others).  We can help each student master their skills.
  2. If you want extra help, arrive at the dojo 15 minutes early at each class, get on the floor, or ask Sensei for review.
  3. Private lessons are available on weekdays and Sundays.
