The year of St Joseph and 2021 are winding down.

We are asking you to consider supporting our mission for 2022.

In years past we have used our BBQ outreach to help offset the costs of doing business as God Squad.
With the restrictions in the last year and half we have had to count on your generosity to fund our endeavours.  

God Squad is planning 3 major undertakings in 2022:

1. Our 25th annual men’s conference scheduled for March 19, 2022.
   We want to celebrate this milestone and are praying that it will be an in person event!

2. To finish the Litany of St Joseph in song (Litany to St. Joseph Project) and produce a video recording of the performance to share with the world.  COVID has caused delays but we hope to have a draft ready in December. The hope is to have a gala performance by May 1 2022 (feast of St Joseph the Worker).
   
   We need to raise $13,000.
   
   Let us gorify God by honouring St Joseph has he deserves.
    
3. God Squad Disc Golf Initiative. 
   
   This is our new and unique evangelistic outreach. Disc golf has become a huge sport in North America and especially with young men. God Squad wants to try to reach out to that community by having golf discs specially designed with names like:
   
   Terror of Demons;
   Support in Difficulties, and
   Mirror of Patience;
   
   all titles for St. Joseph.
   
   We are looking at hosting at least 2 tournaments during the 2022 season which will include having a BBQ and trying to engage these men where they are at!
   
   This endeavour could cost up to $10,000 in start up costs.
   We hope to recover some of through sales of the specially designed golf discs, and through registrations for the tournaments.

How many?

How many of you can claim a God Squad Men's Conference was instrumental in discerning their vocation?

Well, we know of at least one man. 
Father Troy Nguyen was sensing something was missing. 
So he went to the seminary to "get it out" of his system.
Not convinced this was the right path, he attempted to forge his own way, until God called him back, "partly through God Squad" says Father Troy.

How about you?
Did your son finally resolve to come back to the Church, or get married.
Did you sense God calling you into a different direction?
Or maybe you made a lifelong friend....
all because, even if just in part, you attended one of God Squad's Men's Conferences.

Maybe it was one of the speakers who touched you in some way or brought about one of those unforgettable God Moments.

Father Donald Calloway recommends various start dates in his Consecration Chart on page 10 of his book "Consecration to St. Joseph the Wonders of Our Spiritual Father".  The chart lists the Feast of the Holy Family as the next opportunity.  This year, to hit that mark, December 26, 2021, we need to start the 33 day consecration on November 24, 2021.
