Credibility Across Cultures:
global politics of scientific advice

At a time when scientific authority is both in high demand and hotly contested, the STEPS Centre’s Annual Symposium "Credibility across cultures: expertise, uncertainty and the global politics of scientific advice" debated the fraught relationships between science advice, evidence, expertise and policy at Sussex University on 6-7 Feb 2013.

Resources from the event include a short film for an overview of issues discussed, to a complete set of session videos for more in-depth coverage. A social media round-up, blogs, presentations, photos and further reading all aim to keep the conversation going. Please get in touch, and add your comments, ideas and experiences > Read more
