Impact story #2: opening up Resource Politics

The second in our series of impact stories looks at STEPS research and engagement with the politics of resources. It explores how we responded to land grabbing and other resource grabs, and opened up debates about emerging discourses such as the 'green economy' and the Anthropocene.

A new article in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) explores how urban resilience can be strengthened by considering social and political norms, values and behaviours alongside engineering and environmental science approaches. The article comes from colleagues in the North & Central America hub of the STEPS Pathways to Sustainability Global Consortium.
