Here are the details of the training as we know it, though day of the week &
location does have some flexibility. We need a minimum of 5 runners to
hold the training program, so please let us know if are interested
as soon as possible! You are welcome to simply show up at the
first training. Try to be a few minutes early because we do have a
short health history & waiver form for you to fill out. Training sessions
will last about an hour, sometimes running over about 15 mins.
We'll also be discussing a topic related to running each week - intervals,
footwear, racing techniques, pre & post run nutrition...etc.
8 WEEK PROGRAM
Starts the week of March 11th,
ideally meeting Thursday March 15th.
We are more flexible with the day of the week here, so please let us know if another
day/time works better. We will meet at Court Jester West until
$80 to participate or $12 drop in -
includes weekly training session &
optional weekend run every other weekend & homework
5k or Half Marathoners can participate in the 8wk training
If Thursdays at 7:15 does not work for you, please let us know
as we are open to offering two days of training each week.
