12th EBAN Winter University & Bootcamp

EBAN and Russia's National Business Angels Network NBAA will be hosting the next European Early Stage Investors' academy in the recently launched API Accelerator in the heart of Moscow.
The academy will integrate three initiatives being EBAN's 12th Winter University
, NBAA's 4th Annual Congress
and EBAN's 1st full-day Bootcamp.
The Winter University will combine the knowledge and interests of international and national investors in a learning-focused event targeted at bringing practitioners together to discuss common challenges.
With a booming start-up and investment community, the Winter University will bring up debate and learning on exits, business angel networks, discovering new pools of potential angels, crowdfunding, standardisation of legal documents, business accelerators and much more.

About the Bootcamp
EBAN's BootCamp will bring together investors and entrepreneurs for the first-time for a unique learning multi-perspective experience. With a morning common track on the state of the art of early stage investing, the afternoon will break into 4 different rooms targeted to angel investors, business angel network managers, early stage fund managers and access to finance. A practical approach with case studies and live pitches will complete the set.
The Million Dollar Mind Game
A first time for EBAN but certainly a well known game in Russia, we will be hosting the Million Dollar Mind Game on topics related to early stage investing which will challenge you to be collect awards and reputation amongst your peers.

EBAN President meets Lithuanian EU Presidency
On a meeting with the Lithuanian Finance Ministry in Vilnius, Paulo Andrez highlighted the role of business angels and early stage funds, as key players for economic recovery across Europe and challenged the recently empowered EU Presidency to act on that behalf. The visit to Lithuania was promoted by EBAN's participation in the conference "I love Europe – why? The single market
" in the context of the Lithuanian EU Presidency by invitation of the French Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce on which an outlook of European early stage investment and market trends were presented to the audience. During his stay, the EBAN President also met with a group of business angels associated to the Lithuanian "Business Angels Fund I" which are doing a remarkable job and a record of 1,5 million Euros investment in 2012.
