8-10 chicken breast tenderloins
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons olive oil
Seasonings to your taste (rosemary, thyme, & pepper)
 
Combine chicken, celery, and cranberries in the slow cooker and coat with olive oil. Next add seasonings to your likings and mix well. Cook on LOW for 6 hours, or HIGH for 4. Serve with rice and side salad.
