Dear Friends,
Dave and I spent three wonderful weeks in Mauritius enjoying family and friends whose caring hospitality is always such a heartwarming treat. We immersed ourselves in all the beauty and delicious offerings of this island where I had the privileged to grow up, and took some time to relax and reflect.
My all-time favorite are the early morning walks on the beach to watch the sun rise out of the sea; to witness the magic as the majestic volcanic mountains lining the coast in the distance come to life with the light revealing a dance of colours, light and shadow.
Since we got back many have asked if we were not afraid of travelling and if we wore a mask on the plane. I call the Corona virus a fear pandemic, when one considers that such a low percentage of cases become critical and most of the people who have died from the illness were either elderly or had underlying health problems.
The planet has seen worse plagues and humans have survived; it begs the question, what is the agenda behind the fear? Is there a political / economic war behind this man-made virus?
I do not have the answers to these pertinent questions, but I have a simple philosophy. When my time on earth is over, I will leave this body behind and not a second before. There is no such thing as death, life is eternal and if Covid-19 is my ticket to the next plane of existence I have the freedom to enjoy my life until my soul is ready to leave this body.
I may seem reckless to those who are in the grip of fear and anxiety, but to live with intent is to perceive each moment as an opportunity to choose how I respond to what is happening around me. Research have shown that people react more rationally and show greater resilience to a full-blown crisis if they are prepared intellectually and emotionally for it.
We all know that giving into fear and anxiety compromises our immune system, to heal from this we are invited to wake up and embrace the miracle that we are. To take cognisance that we are part of the problem, that the monster in front of us is not as powerful as the monster inside us i.e. the one who is choosing to play the role of the helpless victims and feeding our addition to drama.
- We can view this pandemic as a wake-up call and respond to this opportunity to joyfully take loving care of ourselves.
- We can restore harmony and balance and focus on boosting our immune system so that the virus does not find fertile ground to thrive.
- We can choose to remain calm no matter what and trust in our innate ability to heal.
Above all it is time to understand that when we allow ourselves to be overcome by feelings of fear, we are connecting to the thoughtform of corresponding energies which further amplifies our fears. During our lives, we all have been affected by different viruses, more or less virulent, but we are still alive. We can choose to connect to the energies of confidence and perfect health instead and trust in our ability to heal.
When this too will have passed, we will find ourselves healthier, happier and stronger. Life on earth is an adventure full of challenges and uncertainties, it is all designed to help us learn and grow. When we accept that all is energy and energy cannot be destroyed, we can choose to transform our energy to match the vibrational frequency of our desires.
With knowledge comes responsibility, choose wisely. If you need support to realign your energies and boost your immune system, or in need of coaching to overcome your fears and anxiety book a session it will be my joy and privilege to be part of your transformation.
May love light your way always
Christine
