The International Association of Infant Massage will offer an intensive infant massage instructor training at Spiritwind Centre in October.

Françoise Lefebvre IAIM International Trainer will be facilitating the training held from 8:30-4:30pm Oct 27-30th, 2014.

The cost is $550 plus taxes ($621.50).

Classical Indian Dance of

Welcome Atri!

Atri Nundy has been trained in the Indian Classical Dance form of Bharatanatyum for many years. She has completed her arangetram (graduation) and is currently teaching and choreographing at Sampradaya Dance Creations. Bhratanatyum is an art form that is filled with intricate footwork, beautiful hand gestures and sculptured poses. Her hopes is to share her enthusiasm and love for this art form with everyone in the community. The classes are open to dancers and non dancers alike.  

Start date: Wednesday, October 8th, 2014 (and then on every Wednesday until December 17th)
Time: 9pm - 10pm
 Cost: Drop-in $15 |  Full session (11 classes) $130

Meditation Journeys with Tanya

Welcome Tanya!

Tanya Purnima is a dancer, teacher, and therapist. She completed 500hrs with the Sananda Devi Centre for Yoga and Evolution, is a trained Flamenco dancer and Classical Indian Dancer in the lineage of Odissi, a certofoed Thai Yoga Massage Therapist and Spiritual Life Coach. Tanya integrates all of her teachings into her classes of Meditation, Yoga, Chakra Workshops and Dance. Her unique classes are fun, informative, and transformative.

Tanya is leading a soulful sound & meditation journey, using traditional yogic techniques of Kaya Sthairyam, Yoga Nidra, mantra and mudra to bring about peace and tranquility of the mind. Suitable for all levels, to reduce stress, calm the mind, and to bring a sense of clarity to one’s life through deepening intuition.
