“It’s brilliantly done and children (and, frankly, adults) will love it.”

This week marks the 75th anniversary of the start of the Blitz. And the perfect place to find out all about it is at the Horrible Histories®: Blitzed Brits exhibition at IWM North, part of Imperial War Museums.
Interactive, noisy, smelly and highly engaging, the exhibition creates wonderful intergenerational learning opportunities. Our role included copywriting, exhibition and interactive design to bring to life the story of the Blitz in a truly 3D way. Visitors can enter a 3D house, climb on a bike to race a messenger pigeon, defuse a bomb and evacuate to the country. Featuring over 200 objects, photographs, film clips and sound recordings, the exhibition reveals many personal stories of people who lived through the Blitz.
