We're asking that no one come to the church facility until notified. Watch our service from your home with your family, and enjoy the Sabbath! We'd also like to give a big thank you to those who are assisting to make our virtual church possible.

Finally, please keep in touch with each other, particularly our sick or elderly members. Let the church leadership know if there's anything we can do to help. We're here for you. See below for contact info.

We'd like to remind you that giving is critically important--now more than ever. Please continue to generously support the Alpharetta Church with your offerings, and support our worldwide denomination through your tithes. You can easily give online here.

This Sabbath we begin a new quarter loaded with new experiences and new lessons to be learned. The lesson title, How to Interpret Scripture, might at first seem a bit erudite for general lesson study, but in the end, it will bring us closer to Jesus! Please join us on Facebook at 9:30 a.m. as our dedicated teachers guide us through the lesson. We are trying different lesson formats to keep you engaged. Here is the schedule for the next three weeks:

The Best Selling Book of All Time (Rajan Thambi):
  1. The Uniqueness of the Bible—April 4
  2. The Origin and Nature of the Bible—April 11
Celebrity Testimonials (Phil del Rocco/Cynthia Rajan):
Jesus and the Apostles’ View of the Bible—April 18

Hope Sabbath School is an in-depth, interactive study of the Word of God. Each week, a group of young adults participate in a lively discussion of the Bible lesson. Follow this link to join Hope Sabbath School for the lesson study.

Pacific Press Publishing Association is making weekly children’s publications temporarily available free online. With many church buildings closed because of COVID-19, children aren’t able to pick up copies of their favorite Sabbath magazines. Pacific Press Publishing Association has decided to make its weekly children’s publications—Our Little Friend, Primary Treasure, and Guide—available in PDF format on each magazine’s own website for free. The weekly magazines will continue to appear for as long as the Coronavirus threat keeps church buildings closed.

In addition to their regularly hosted games and stories, has the PDFs of Primary Treasure, the weekly periodical for readers ages 6–9, and of Our Little Friend, the Adventist magazine for children birth to 5 years old.

Primarily for readers ages 10–14, is offering the PDF of the weekly Guide magazine, plus printable games, and vlogs by the editors and columnists such as Rich Aguilera, the “Mud Guy.”
Despite the chaos in our world, God is still in control. We want to continue ministering to our readers’ through the use of technology during these trying times.
