Good afternoon, Church!
Yesterday I was informed that our beloved guest singer from this past Sabbath, Paco, has come down with Covid. He began experiencing symptoms Saturday evening and yesterday test results came back positive for Covid. I have spoken with him and he is in good spirits! Let's lift him and his family up in prayer as they recover.
To be safe and responsible during this time, we will be having our next 2 Sabbath services strictly online. We believe this is the most responsible action that can be made because it allows a 14 day quarantine period from this past sabbath, as well as a 9.5 day quarantine period from New Years Eve when some travel might still be taking place.
We encourage everyone to practice CDC guidelines and monitor any flu-like symptoms. We look forward to being able to fellowship together in person and online again January 16.
We hold to the promise God gives us in Isaiah 26:3 where Isaiah says, “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.” And we will continue to trust in God and follow His guidance.
Because fellowship is SO vitally important, I would like to invite each of you to join us on the PRAYER LINE every night at 8 pm. Before we pray, there is a time of fellowship and sharing prayer requests and praises. Prayer is not required but always welcomed. We just enjoy the fellowship with God and others! The phone number is 515-603-3162 with the passcode 960362# (Send any prayer request information to firstname.lastname@example.org).
Blessings Church Family,
