Interfaith Movement for
Immigrant Justice

Dear friends,

We're thrilled to welcome two new additions to the IMIRJ family.

Danielle Cralle has joined IMIrJ as the Communications Coordinator.

Danielle brings 5 years of experience as a writer and social media manager for a number of nonprofits and entertainment companies. Before joining us Danielle worked with Brave New Films as the social media manager, overseeing numerous documentary film launches on subjects such as voter suppression, family separation, immigration, and more.

Originally from Chicago, in her spare time Danielle enjoys reading and writing fiction. She moved to Portland to be with her fiancé, and she has a dog named Crescent Moon. Danielle will be working with us with our team for 20 hrs/week.

Raquel Barajas will be joining IMIrJ as the Accompaniment Coordinator.

Raquel brings over 5 years of experience working in the social service field specifically with youth, foster youth, and parents. Before joining us Raquel coordinated the Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition (PRIC) on immigrant justice work.

Raquel loves to create systems to make our work more seamless. Raquel will be working with us for 15 hours/week.

We are so excited for Raquel and Danielle’s leadership and already have some projects in the works (We know our website could use an update!). Please join us in welcoming these ladies to the team!

 In solidarity,

IMIRJ staff and Board of Directors
