If You Believe in Me got a makeover!

My Christmas-reunion-military-hero-small-town-heroine novella got a new cover and blurb for this week's re-release. Most of you who'd be interested in such a story probably already read it. But please let me introduce you to my fellow releasees this week! Below, we introduce the characters with some Dating-Game-style questions. You can read the tables turned on my blog and see how the heroines answer their guys. Also, see below for the details of our Facebook party Thursday night!

How to Fall by Rebecca Brooks

Julia: If you were to write a sexy scene in a movie about us, where would it take place, and what would happen?

Blake: You know we already lived it in Brazil, but our sexy scene would definitely take place out in the wild. Since we're planning a trip to Southeast Asia, I'd set our movie there. We'd be on a secluded island, swimming out to a quiet cove. We'd just mean to explore, but you can't expect me to keep my hands off you once we're on that pristine sand. You'd be wearing that green bikini you had when we first met, and I'd turn you around, wrap your hair around my fist. You'd press into me and I'd— Forget the movie, we're going to have to make this happen in real life.

Prominent DC attorney Emma Taylor is pulled away from a promising date the week before Christmas to pick up her ex-fiance from the ER after a bar fight. She’s in no mood to re-open old wounds, but it’s Christmas and she can’t just leave him alone and injured.

Hidden Away by Jennie Marts

Cherry: Would you rather...teach a woman to fish, or take her to a scary movie, and why?

Taylor: Hands down, take her fishing. Sitting on the bank of a creek with you on a blanket beside me sounds about like heaven to me. Add in a picnic lunch and I'm sold. It's easy to find time to do a lot of talking while you're waitin' on the fish, or it's nice to just hold hands and hang out and contemplate life.

Priya in Heels by Ayesha Patel
Medical resident Priya lives life by cultural expectation, but when she falls for an American heartthrob named Tyler, her entire world unravels, leaving both wondering if love truly can conquer everything.

Priya Patel strives to be the perfect daughter for her traditional Indian parents. With her medical residency underway, she faces the inevitable pressures to marry an Indian man of her parents' choosing. She's perfectly content to do so until the Irish-American musician down the hall gets her attention and destroys everything she has worked so hard to build.

Tyler O'Conner can't stop thinking about the beautiful doctor who treated his sprained ankle in the ER. But between weekend band gigs, an intense workload at NASA, and trying to lower Priya's barriers, he doesn't expect to fall in love...with a woman who is meant to marry another man.

Priya struggles to maintain her relationship with her parents, to be their source of happiness, but falling for an American might be the one thing that unravels their world and leaves her in tattered pieces.
Chicago math teacher Julia Evans has always played it safe, but when an impulse trip to southern Brazil introduces her to a gorgeous Australian traveler, she’ll risk her heart for a week in his arms—if his secrets don’t tear them apart.

Second Chance Christmas by Ellen Butler

Emma to Colton:
"You find out at the last minute that you have to spend Christmas with someone you haven't seen in a while. What gift do you get for her?"
"That depends."
"On what?"
"Who is it? Mom? Sister? Lover?"
"Um, your sister."
"A gift card to Starbucks."
"Are you kidding? You're getting your sister a coffee card for Christmas?"
"Don't judge. She's addicted to her coffee and would probably appreciate it the most."
"Okay, how about your Aunt Lolly?"
"Lolly the lush? Wine of the Month Club. Hands down."
"What about me?"
Colton's eyes rake Emma's body from head to toe. "My heart."
"Awww." She shoves Colton's shoulder. "You're going to make me cry."
"And crotchless panties." He leers.
"Now you ruined it."
Colton gives a big guffaw and pulls Emma on to his lap and starts tickling her. Shouts of laughter fill the room.
The only one on Cherry’s side is the sexy sheriff, Taylor Johnson—but she’s been hiding a secret that could rip their new family apart…
…and secrets have a way of revealing themselves.

He made a promise he intends to keep…

Three years ago, Amber Benedict fell in love with Kale Riker and pledged to wait for him to return from the military. Even though she rarely hears from him, she’s steadfast in her belief: he’s coming home to her, and soon. Then the government tells Kale’s family that he’s missing in action, and they have given him up for dead.

Kale Riker has been away from civilization and Amber for three long years. He’s been promised he can retire his commission when he completes his current mission, but now he’s seriously wounded and facing a long recovery. Worse still, security risks force a communications blackout, leaving him no way to let Amber know he’s alive.

Can Amber hold out against an entire town pushing her to give up on love while Kale fights to get back home to her before Christmas?
