Hakuna Mungu kama wewe (There is no God like you.)

The Journey ...

A note from Curt & DeDe

Hakuna Mungu kama wewe
Hakuna na hatakuwepo
Nimetembea kote kote
Nimetafuta kote kote
Nemezunguka kote kote
Hakuna na hatakuwepo

This is a Swahili song that means:
There is no God like you.
I have walked everywhere.
I have searched everywhere.
I have gone round.
There is no, and there will never be a, God like You.

Isn’t that true!  No matter where we go and search there is nothing that satisfies like our God.

We are so blessed to have many opportunities to meet your Southern Baptist missionaries.  We are seeing up close how much prayer and planning takes place to take the gospel to people who have never heard.

Gratitude fills our hearts that you would support us in prayer and financially.  A missionary from another denomination rides with us to language school.  When he asked us what organization we were affiliated with he said, “You are the people that have planned support and do not have to spend time and worry to gather money so that you might serve.”    Thank you.

Please let us know specific needs for which we can pray for you.

In His care.

The vast tea fields of the Kenyan Highlands are simply beautiful. We currently live at about 7800 feet.
The Solid Rock. Hand cut stone at the edge of the tea fields.
