Tradebe will continue to work closely with our clients and partners throughout the coming months as this new program is rolled out. We have released video recordings of our latest e-Manifest webinar for your reference. You can find this on our website under "Educational Webinars" at www.tradebeusa.com/e-manifest
For any questions or concerns regarding e-Manifest, please don't hesitate to contact our e-Manifest team at email@example.com

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW AS A TRADEBE CUSTOMER?
Tradebe will continue to use paper manifests and will transition to e-Manifest at a later date.
For Tradebe customers, this means minimal change or disruption as this initial use of paper will give Handlers, (Generators, Transporters, and Brokers), the option to continue to ship waste to Tradebe using their current established processes.
As a Transporter, Tradebe will not equip drivers with electronic signing devices initially. Once the EPA has finalized the required CROMERR signatures process we will re-evaluate.
For Tradebe clients and partners who prepare their own paperwork, please remember there is a new 5-part manifest form that replaces the old 6-part form.
NEW INFO: If using the old 6-part manifest inventory up, the EPA is requiring a sticker be placed at the bottom of page 1 stating: This copy of the signed manifest must be sent to USEPA".
ARE YOU PLANNING ON USING ELECTRONIC MANIFESTS STARTING TODAY?
If your company is planning on creating manifests electronically,
or as a hybrid where the transporter creates the electronic manifest,
please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org
to coordinate with Tradebe facilities in order to avoid unnecessary delays.

Also, a preparation charge to help offset costs of fulfilling the EPA security requirements for data transfer will also apply as outlined below.
Tradebe invoices will reflect the following for shipments beginning on June 30, 2018:
e-Manifest File Upload Fee* $6.50 Current EPA rate; subject to change by EPA
Manifest Preparation $20.00 Applies only to manifests prepared by Tradebe
* Note: EPA e-Manifest fees, determined by the EPA, will apply regardless of current contract terms and conditions.
NEW EPA 5-PART MANIFEST FORM
The EPA's New 5-part hazardous waste manifest forms are now available for ordering through the vendor of your choosing.
The New 5-part manifest form cannot be used until June 30, 2018.
The Current6-part manifest form can be used until the Handlers (generator/transporter/Receiving Facility) inventory runs out.
If using the old 6-part manifest inventory up, the EPA is requiring a sticker be placed at the bottom of page 1 stating: "This copy of the signed manifest must be sent to USEPA".
For those clients who will continue to have Tradebe prepare their manifests - no action is required. However, if you prepare your own or wish to do so going forward, the following links to JJ Keller are provided as a resource:
