What brings you joy? Could it be the simple every day pleasures. Such as the sensation of the breeze on your skin. Connecting with a friend while enjoying nature, movement, and tranquility. In this photo from yesterday, I am taking a break on a cross-country ski in one of my favourite places - Gatineau Park. I noticed appreciation for my titanium bowl, my warm colourful jacket, the beauty of the day and the forest. How might you connect more to the experience of joy? For me, squatting and spending time outdoors help me connect more to my body...which grounds me more in the present (rather than in worries about the future or thoughts about the past).
