Summer is...? To me, being on, in, or by the water. I love all the seasons and yet, there is something special about the summer. I think this has a lot to do with my love for the water. Particularly fresh lake water. Ever notice the calming effect of being by the water? Definitely good for the nervous system! What is summer to you? The shortness of the Canadian summer has me practicing even more gratitude for every day that I am able to paddle and swim in bodies of water. What do you appreciate most about the summer?
