Anyone else missing touch these days?

Getting a massage or other body work, although highly recommended, is not always possible. Self-massage is also highly impactful.

Even pre pandemic restrictions, we were a society starving for more physical contact. I have been incorporating as much touch into my self-care practices. 

One practice I would invite you to try: Take some shea butter or other oil and massage into your feet or hands before bed. For a little extra impact, add a drop of lavender essential oil.
