It's all about your Vagus (Nerve) baby!

The newsletter from the community committed to helping you take control of stress by taking control of your nervous system.

The practice of taking in the good, of savouring, is a practice that helps counter your mind's negativity bias (the bias that has negative stuff stuck in your mind like velcro and positive stuff slipping out like teflon).

I found myself reflecting on this practice today as I noticed a new bloom on one of my orchids. I took the time to pause and take in the beauty of this plant and to enrich the experience by noticing what showed up in my body. A sense of awe at this new bloom.

You can try this practice with anything that shows up in your daily life.

Savouring the good is a way of recharging your nervous system.
