I don't know about you...but I am longing for a few more rituals in my life these days. Daily routines are grounding. Support wellness and give us a sense of predictability. But I could use a little elevation!
How might a routine be elevated to become a ritual? Is there something you could add to Friday to signify and celebrate the end of the week (serve an appetizer before dinner, have a candlelit bath/shower)?
