Perhaps shift your gaze and then see, how do you feel now?
One strategy that I use often when I am running is to use panoramic vision. I broaden my gaze and scan the horizon. This brings some ease into my run and helps performance.
Broadening your gaze, reduces stress.
You can do the same when working. Take a break from looking in front of you (at a computer screen or paper) and look out a window or as far into the distance as possible.
