The St. John’s Planned Giving Committee is hosting it’s first HAPPY HOUR ZOOM GET TOGETHER Tuesday, December 15 at 5pm. The topics will be to “Learning to Navigate the St. John’s Planned Giving Website” and the announcement of the Absalom Jones Recognition Society. Your Treasuer, Alvin Blitz, and the planned giving members will provide an overview of the new planned giving website and how to use it. They will also announce the formation of the new Absalom Jones Society recognizing those individuals that made a gift of $1,000 or more to St. John’s other than by a stewardship pledge. The Zoom Get Together is intended to be an opportunity for fellowship as well as informative and entertaining. So take a break from these short winter days and grab your favorite libation or non-alcoholic beverage to enjoy a fun filled sundown. For safety purposes, we are limiting everyone to no more than 2 drinks during the gathering.
