We pray for the dead:
O God, whose mercies cannot be numbered: Especially accept our prayers on behalf of your servants April Newbold and Susan Banks and grant them an entrance into the land of light and joy, in the fellowship of your saints; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen. The Rev. Dr. Julia Gatta is the Bishop Frank A. Juhan Professor of Pastoral Theology in the School of Theology, the University of the South, Sewanee. Her most recent book is Life in Christ: Practicing Christian Spirituality (Church Publishing, 2018).

She has written an article about fasting from Communion during the pandemic. Since you can not receive communion during this public health crisis, your priests are also fasting from communion.
