New! Work & Care Video Library Shares Caregiver Stories

The Alberta Caregivers Association's Work & Care website showcases three touching videos featuring caregivers who have struggled with balancing their work with caregiving responsibilities. 

Work & Care is a program of the Alberta Caregivers Association that creates awareness of the needs and challenges facing employers, and assists them in helping to support their employees with caregiving responsibilities.

Alberta's caregiver week is fast approaching! This year the week will run from Sunday May 1 - Saturday May 7th! We look forward to celebrating with you!

Navigator Workshops Coming to Your Community 


The Caregiver Navigator is a one-day professional development opportunity designed to help health, community, and social service providers & professionals  acknowledge, understand and support caregivers.

There are spaces available in these upcoming workshops:

Fort Saskatchewan - March 22                      Gibbons - May 2
Fort McMurray - April 5                                  Killam - May 10
Leduc - April 12                                              Drayton Valley - May 18
Okotoks - April 25                                           St. Paul - May 27
