Self-Care Fair  and AGM

On Tuesday, May 8th - we welcomed 54 guests to our Self-Care Fair and AGM.  Everyone had a wonderful time making scented bath salts and clay face masks, infusers and herbs in a jar. There were relaxation sessions, good food and chances to meet the staff, Board members and other caregivers.
We would like to sincerely thank our Donors and Sponsors: Sturgeon Drilling, David Smyth Professional Group, Nikki Fullerton, Danusia Donoff, Shirley Hall, and Trevor Dodd.
And our Volunteers: Rebecca, Leanne, Tristyn, Lily, Quinn, Pat, Nikki, Danusia and Jonathan.
We welcomed Opposition Health Critic Tany Yau to the Fair, seen here with Board members Kim, Jonathan, Danusia and our ED - Sandy.

Have your say.....

PLEASE NOTE:  Summer Office Hours are  9-4pm, Mon-Fri.
What is "bugging" you this summer?
Our warmer weather means that we will be spending more time outdoors, along with those pesky mosquitoes and ticks.  These seasonal pests can carry diseases such as West Nile (mozzies) and Lyme Disease (ticks).
So, be safe outdoors by:
  • wearing long pants and sleeves
  • using repellant
  • checking for ticks after being in long grass or wooded areas
