Resources from the Ethical Journalism Network

On 10 January 2017, the Ethical Journalism Network (EJN) published their latest report Ethics in the News. Moving beyond the dominant discourse of it being a solely 'western media' crisis, it traverses its myriad ramifications around the world in the form of information warfare between India and Pakistan, hate speech in East Asia, and clamp downs on freedom of expression in Turkey among others. It also highlights the best practices and solutions that help strengthen media professionalism and promote reliability and trust in journalism.
