Frank La Rue to lead UNESCO’s Communication and Information Sector.

GFMD is delighted by the nomination of Frank La Rue as the new Assistant Director-General for Communication and Information. Mr La Rue is a fabulous advocate and we look forward to working with him in his new position, in particular on the challenging implementation of SDG 16.10 on access to information and coordinated processes in conflict countries and on journalism safety.
