Let's talkDESIGN

Michelle's Style Spotter Picks

You can view all of Michelle's favorite products from High Point Market by clicking here or selecting the photo above
Have you been keeping up with Michelle's must-have "Style Spotter" selections from High Point Market? You can check them all out below, and remember you can "vote" for the best pinboards and products for each Style Spotter by generating "likes" or repinning photos to your own Pinterest board (or both!)

Each "like" equals 1 point, while a repin equals 2 points.  At 6pm on November 1st, the Style Spotter with the most popular pinboard will win a trip to next year's High Point Market to do it all over again.  It's a ton of fun participating, and we feel absolutely privileged to be a part of it all over again!

High Point Market's "Style Spotter" campaign doesn't end until 6pm on November 1st, so you still have time to support Michelle and Studio M! Check out these easy instructions below on how to get your vote counted.

Stanley's Heritage Collection

Stanley Furniture was one of Michelle’s most memorable moments in High Point, because they were doing something revolutionary this year by releasing their Heritage Collection, real mid-century modern furniture from the 1950’s and 1960’s that were fully painstakingly restored and beautifully showcased for the design community.

Check out the video below for a beautifully shot and edited sneak peek of the Heritage Collection, which was snapped up right away by buyers at High Point Market!

What really makes the Heritage Collection classically cool is that these are not reproductions of past products.  Every single item from the 40-piece collection was sourced from a small team of experts at Stanley and restored to original specifications.  These gorgeous mid-century originals were stripped of their finishes, dismantled of hardware, and then dutifully matched to what they would’ve looked like when they left the Stanley facility in the 50’s and 60’s.

High Point Market Press Panel

Michelle was honored to be a part of High Point Market's Press Panel, moderated by HGTV's John Gidding!  Among the discussion panelists were Robin Wilson, of Robin Wilson Home, Zan Monroe, a well-known business speaker, Lori Dennis of Design Camp and as well as Studio M's own founder and principal designer, Michelle Jennings Wiebe.

It was a ton of fun and an interesting discussion on how the interior design and real estate market is doing post-recession. You can read more about it here. It's a must-read!
