2015 Memorial Day Neighborhood Cook-Out
and Crawfish Boil!

Memorial Day, Monday May 25th
1pm CT until 6pm CT

All Residents/Homeowners of Towne Station are welcome to come enjoy!

Come Join the Neighborhood for:

Live Music
Burgers
Hot Dogs
Drinks (soft drinks and water)
Crawfish

Come setup your own "tail-gate tent" on the grounds!
Event will be held in the common ground area, near the front of the subdivision, just past the intersection of Towne Street and Tucker Lane.

The event starts at 1pm CT on Memorial Day. Feel free to setup your own tail-gate tent on the common ground area, near the main tent. You can setup your tail-gate after 11am Monday, to allow us time to get all the primary stuff setup.

The HOA will be providing the burgers, hot dogs, drinks (soft drinks and water, or bring your own), and CRAWFISH! We also have some live music planned. So come join the neighborhood... meet your neighbors... eat, be happy, and have fun!

But wait... there's more! We'll also have a couple jump houses for the kids!

So there's fun for everyone!

Would you like to help with the Memorial Day Event? We could use some help pulling this off, so please feel free to volunteer!

Here's what we need:

Initial Setup - We could use a little help setting up the event that morning (around 9am to 10am)

Breakdown & Cleanup - We could use some help packing everything up, emptying garbage cans, etc at the end of the day (around 6pm)

Some cooking assistance - flip burgers for 20 to 30 minutes, so one person doesn't have to do it all

Crawfish Assistance - help cooking, dumping crawfish on to tables, etc

Coolers - Have a BIG Igloo cooler? We need a couple for all the drinks

BBQ Grill - Have a big grill we can use? Let us know

Some BIG Garbage Cans, for collection of crawfish heads

Crawfish Table - If you don't know what this is, then you probably don't have one :) BUT, if you do and you don't mind us using it, please let us know.

2015 Assessments - Are you Past Due?

Remember, full payment of 2015 Assessments ($200) was due by 02/28/2015. As of March 1st 2015, a $25 Monthly Late Fee applied to any unpaid Invoice. If you've not yet paid, please do so as soon as possible. Another $25 Monthly Late will apply to outstanding invoices on June 1st 2015.

May 1st 2015: 4 Homeowners were assessed a $25 Monthly Late Fee.
As of May 1st 2015: 4 Homeowners remain Past Due for 2015.

Another $25 Monthly Late will apply to outstanding invoices on June 1st 2015.

HOA Policy: Once an account is 90 days past due, an "Intent to File Lien" notice will go out to the property's Homeowner.

Payments may be mailed to our PO Box, or you're welcome to pay online via credit card. No, there's no convenience fee or anything like that added in.
