Audio Description at the American Dance Festival
The Paul Taylor Dance Company will perform on Friday, July 29 and Saturday, July 30, and Arts Access will be providing audio description by request for Saturday July 30th.  We ask that you make your request by July 16th. Please contact the ticket center to buy tickets and request Audio Description.

Please Take Our Survey

As part of our planning grant with the John Rex Endowment, Arts Access is conducting a survey to better understand the needs of school age children with disabilities regarding inclusion in the arts. This survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete. Community input is very important to our planning process, and we thank you for your time!

Arts Providers                    Students with disabilities

Arts Access is partnering with Marbles Kids Museum to present Celebrating Abilities, an art exhibit featuring the works of North Carolina students with disabilities. This opportunity is completely free and open to any school-aged children with disabilities in North Carolina. The art will be displayed throughout August, and artists will be invited to a reception on August 14th from 5:30-7:30 pm. For full details visit our website.

Kudos To Our Partners In Access!

On June 29, Arts Access presented to the American Dance Festival staff and interns. This opportunity allowed us to share information about ADA accomodations and  work that dance organizations around the country are doing towards inclusivity.
