Still On Sale!!
DPAC presents a special sensory-friendly production of How The Grinch Stole Christmas: The Musical Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 11:00 am. Special sensory-friendly features include:

Fewer loud noises and flashing lights during the production.

Quiet areas sectioned off in the lobby.

On-site volunteers to assist families throughout the performance
-
Detailed instructions and character comparisons for parents to download and/or print to assist communication about the event.

Seratoma Arts Center Announces Sensory-Friendly Creative Saturdays!
This event will offer accessible accommodations for individuals with Sensory Processing Disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
The Arts Center will provide an accepting and inclusive environment, modifications to sound and lighting, noise canceling headsets, and a quiet room.
- Saturday Nov. 5th 1-3 p.m: Drama with Jen MacPherson.
- Saturday December 3rd 1-3 p.m: Visual Art with Michelle Davis-Petelinz

This week, Raleigh Dance Theatre presents its annual Storybook Tales! The company will offer a sign language interpreter for the Sunday, November 6 show at AJ Fletcher Theater. The performance is most appropriate for K-5, but "kids" and dance lovers of all ages are welcome! |
