Dinner at the Chef's Table:
Winter in Puglia


This January our Chef's Table transports you to Puglia in southern Italy.  The "heel of the boot" is both the breadbasket of Italy and the home of some of the country's best cuisine.  This month's four course menu features a primo of handmade cavatelli pasta with sausage ragu and pecorino followed by seared diver scallops with black venere rice, cauliflower puree and orange marmellata.  Top off your meal with a specially selected flight of four wines and you've got the makings of a great evening.
