Mysterious. Unique. Delicious. Truffles defy cultivation and grow underground, hidden from all but the dogs that locate them by their aroma and dig them up for their appreciative owners.

Nutty. Earthy. Sublime. They are the most expensive and coveted ingredient in the culinary universe.

Our Chef Simone, hailing from Umbria, one of the rare places on earth where truffles thrive, is a master in their use. On Thursday, February 27 he will dazzle you with his artistry.  Don't miss this opportunity to savor a five course all-truffle dinner.

Cheese of the Month Club
Beer & Cider Washed Rind

Join us at our monthly Cheese of the Month Club event, where we'll sample beer and cider wash rind cheeses. Originally employed by monks to protect against harmful bacteria and to preserve cheeses for long aging, beer and cider rind washing is now primarily done to enhance flavors. The result is complex, delicious cheeses that you will enjoy under the guidance of our cheesemonger and in the company of other cheeseheads!

Don't miss this relaxing, eye opening and delicious evening.  Each cheese will be matched with a special beverage pairing and guests will receive a 10% discount on any cheeses, beers or wines purchased that evening.
