Medical Billing Gets Personal

We can file our taxes online and apply to jobs with a QR code but when it comes to patient billing in the United States, it’s a world full of paper. Blake Walker wants to change that. He and his team of digital disruptors at Inbox Health have developed a data-driven communication platform that’s cutting down on the $400 billion lost each year to administrative waste. Last quarter, the company hit 300,000 patient interactions, spanning 150 providers. And they’re just getting started. StartUp Health sat down with Blake and his top brass to hear how their tech is personalizing medical billing communication.
