Innovation @ Aurora Health Care - Help Build a Personalized Population Health Platform

We’re excited to launch a call for innovations with Aurora Health Care, one of the nation’s leading not-for-profit health care systems, to discover digital health startups to integrate into a Personalized Population Health Platform. The platform will provide targeted care to Aurora’s patient population and the surrounding community and could be applied to patients using the Medicaid payment mechanism.

Companies can apply at StartUpHealth.com/Aurora before July 20.
