New Faces

Introducing Linda

Linda Wright, Application Consultant, brings more than 20 years of experience in the areas of education and training to our ERP team. A Harris employee since 2004, she worked for the NorthStar business unit before joining MS Govern in January of 2011. While at NorthStar, Linda trained new customers on their Utility software and provided on-going consulting including fit analysis, implementation and follow up. Prior to that, she trained customers on the GEMS product.
 
Linda’s passion for education extends to her personal life as well. She is an avid volunteer and works with a wide variety of populations, including inner-city youth, ESL adults and the homeless. She is based out of our St. Louis office. Contact Linda.

Introducing Cheryl

Cheryl Zeier recently took on the role of Vice President of Professional Services of our ERP business. She will be working closely with Chris Haywood to direct the dynamic allocation, utilization and direction of resources in relation to individual efforts, product delivery schedule and budget for that team.

Cheryl has 14-years working with the GEMS product and customer base. During her tenure, she has held positions of Support Analyst, Business Analyst, Account Executive, Director of Client Services and Director of Business Operations to name a few. Cheryl works out of our St. Louis office. We always appreciate it when customers take the time to write in to recognize occasions when our employees go above and beyond; we call this feature “Customer Buzz.” After receiving permission from the customer, we post their comments on our Blog and What Clients Say About Us page.
 
Recently, Hilda Talebi, ERP System Analyst at the City of Greenwood Village, CO wrote in to compliment the Innoprise team:
"I want to express my appreciation from Bryce Harward, Charisse Camacho Hanson, Sharne Krige, and Rana Dewall in the way they successfully handled the recent migration of [the] Innoprise application server. As always, their professionalism, knowledge, dedication and contribution have been magnificent. Thank you again for all your hard work."

Customer Go-Lives

The year is off to a good start for Innoprise customers! Congratulations to:
  • Village of Orland Park, IL– Live with Innoprise Financials in February, the Village will be implementing Innoprise Payroll, CIS, Community Development and Work Orders software in the coming months.
  • City of Loveland, COLive with Citizen Access in February, this will improve Loveland’s productivity by allowing crews to access information, manage inspections, capture comments and/or attach photos from the field.
  • City of Logan, UT Live with Innoprise Payroll in January, the City replaced its 20-year old system. Logan also uses the Innoprise Financials, Centralized Cash Receipting (CCR) and Community Development software.
  • City of Vineland, NJ Live with Innoprise Financials in January, Vineland will also be CIS, Community Development, Fleet Management and Work Orders/Facilities Management software in the coming months.
  • City of Gladstone, MO Live with Innoprise Financials in January, which replaced the City’s legacy Financial application that had been in place since 1999. Gladstone serves approximately 26, 365 citizens.
  • City of Manchester, NH – Live on Work Orders in January, Manchester employs 1, 233 full-time and approximately 107 part-time/seasonal workers in 24 different departments/divisions.

Each quarter, we ask our customers, “How likely are you to recommend MS Govern to a friend or colleague?
Answers to this simple question will provide MS Govern with a Net Promoter Score (NPS), a “straightforward metric that holds companies and employees accountable for how they treat customers.” NPS is widely used by some of the most successful companies, including Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Verizon Wireless, EBay, and Intuit.
 
NPS is Our Customer Satisfaction Program.
We use the program to obtain your insight regarding our service levels. We turn your feedback into action. Since starting the program in 2009, we review each of your NPS submissions and share them throughout MS Govern. We learn of what we are doing well, and where we need to try harder to meet your expectations.
