We attended both Kiwi Holiday Park and Holiday Park Association of NZ conferences during June. We always enjoy meeting our customers in person - thanks to those of you who stopped by.

During July we will be attending NZ Motel Association conference where we hope to meet more of you.

Email Campaigns

While out and about at conferences we learnt that many of you are emailing previous customers with promotions and newsletters so we've put together a help document on how to export the email addresses from your iBex system so that you can copy and paste the email addresses into your email programme with ease.

iBex Vault

We will soon commence roll out of our new credit card storage system - iBex Vault. iBex Vault is a PCI compliant (certification pending) application providing the ability to capture, store and manage credit card details in a more secure environment.

Once your account has been activated for iBex Vault all card data will no longer be accessible within your iBex systems (accommodation, tours, wholesale). You will instead need to log into iBex Vault.

We will send individual notification advice and detailed information as accounts have iBex Vault activated. Please contact Seekom Support with any questions.


DPS / Payment Express

If you are using DPS as your payment gateway you will be pleased to hear that they have enhanced their system to enable an additional payment method for your customers.

Customers can now have an option to pay by credit card or directly from their bank account. Please click here for an overview of the service and here to see a working demo. If you are already a DPS customer they will be emailing you directly very shortly so if you do not receive anything please let us know and we'll get them to contact you directly with more information.

Due to the wide variance in property size rather than showing the number of bookings per property we are instead displaying the number of bookings per 100 connected rooms by sales channel. 

Any sales channels delivering less than 0.1 bookings per month, or requesting that their results are withheld, have been excluded from the results shown below.
